Method of Payment:

• Online Through The Website: PayPal
• eTransfer: Call Tracey at 519-267-4873 to obtain eTransfer details
• In Person: Cash, Cheque, or Money Order, eTransfer

Shipping and Handling:

• Most Orders are processed within 48 hours.
• Allow 14 business days for shipping.
• Turn around time cannot be guaranteed due to occasional delays as a result of special request (custom order), unclear instructions, unforseen production problems. However, all efforts are given to provide the quickest and most efficient delivery service posssible.
• If you are ordering Online through the Website with PayPal, the final PayPal price includes Shipping Fees within Canada only.
• The cost of shipping vary based on size, weight and location.
• If you are ordering by Mail with the order form from Catalogue or the Website, Shipping and Handling will be added to price.
• NOTE: The price on the Catalogue or on the Website listed with the art do not include Shipping and Handling therefore it will be added. Only the final PayPal price includes Shipping and Handling within Canada.
• The Shipping price is within Canada Only. Shipping outside of Canada available, the cost vary based on size, weight and location.
• International Shipping Price to be determined prior to shipping.
• Any discrepancies contact Tracey.

Return Policy:

• Acceptance of Return ONLY CONDITIONS:
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition.
  • Buyer is fully responsible for any loss in value.
• The following items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged – due to the nature of these items – unless they arrived damaged or defective:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital Downloads
  • Original matted/framed – Ready To Hang Art pieces.
• If arrived damaged or defective photo proof must be provided dated within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Acceptance of Cancellation ONLY CONDITIONS: Contact me by phone at 519-267-4873 or email tracey@creationsbytracey.com within 24 hours of placing order.
